Our unique Wedding Venue offers more than a Cookie Cutter wedding package, as we respect that every couple has their own dreams and ideas of how they want to celebrate their special day. Your family and guests will enjoy the ambiance and various seating areas spread out across our tropical gardens and lawns.
This Historic Victorian Boutique Resort overlooks the Halifax River. Holly Hill is on the mainland between Ormond and Daytona. Riverside drive runs all along the Intracoastal River. Allowing cool breezes and beautiful backdrops for photo sessions.
The Picturesque Boutique Resort has 1.5 acres of tropical landscaping, 3 lawn areas and a historic heart-shaped swimming pool. The interior is professionally furnished with interesting décor, furnishings and chandeliers. Seven spacious suites including the “River Lily Inn” Honeymoon Suite which has sky lights and East facing large windows, which allow natural light for photo sessions as the bridal party prepare for the ceremony.
There is a wedding pad at the front of the grounds – ideal for the ceremony, or you can select different areas around the grounds to design your perfect location for your ceremony.
2-night stay package
Our most popular wedding includes a 2-night stay utilizing at least 6 suites. This allows the family, guests and wedding party to all be under one roof to enjoy time together to relax in between the rehearsal, day of the wedding, the ceremony and the reception all at the same location. The cost for accommodation is calculated by how many nights (minimum of 2) that guests stay (from $210 per night for bed and breakfast). Plus $1,200 for the “Day Of Ceremony” – this also covers Insurance for additional guests & service providers on the property etc.
This 2-night stay package includes a one-night complimentary stay in the Honeymoon suite – a savings of $265 as our gift to the happy couple. Plus a bottle of Sparkling Wine
One night stay package
We also offer a one-night stay, to utilize both the exterior and the interior of the Inn. The fee includes staffs time to assist in liaising and planning with the selected vendors, overseeing deliveries & collections, to ensure a smooth program on the day. We require 5 suites to be booked for a minimum of a one-night stay. (same room rates as above- please see photos on the website)
The fee for up to an 8-hour event period is $1,800 plus 6.5% tax.
This 8-hour time scale allows early access to the Inn and suites. Plus Polly’s Tea Room at 2pm to set up and dress tables internally and/or to decorate the exterior as you wish. Overnight guests check in at 2 PM also. Typically Wedding guests arrive at 4.30pm with Ceremony at 5pm and reception until 9pm
Additional Services
- We can provide a bar tender to assist with pouring drinks, and bussing tables.
- Rental of a 20×40’ tent including lights. It will be erected for the full duration of your event. $1,100 plus taxes.
- We can recommend a local rental company for your choice of tables and chairs.
- The Dining Room AKA Polly’s Tea Room can accommodate up to 36 for internal seating. To utilize for Rehearsal or for Wedding Breakfast. (see Tea Party tab for photos)
